What materials are used in LILY & ROO jewelry?
We use only the highest quality materials, including solid 9ct and 18ct gold, sterling silver, and ethically sourced diamonds and gemstones. All our pieces are handcrafted in our London studio.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. For international orders, please allow 7-14 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for urgent gifts.
Can I personalize or engrave my jewelry?
Yes, we offer professional engraving services on many of our lockets, pendants, and rings. Look for the 'Personalize' button on the product page to add your unique touch.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, and personalized or engraved items are final sale.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain its brilliance, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Clean your jewelry gently with a soft polishing cloth and store it in its original LILY & ROO pouch when not in use.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Every LILY & ROO piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.
