We want you to love your LILY & ROO jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, and bespoke or engraved pieces are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original LILY & ROO velvet pouch and gift box to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your padded mailing envelope.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
